Everything you need to know about points & rewards
You earn points on every 1 EUR spent on activities and packages. Points are automatically credited to your account after a completed booking.
Go to the Rewards section in your dashboard and click Redeem on any available coupon. Once redeemed, the coupon code will be instantly generated and you can use it on your next booking.
When booking an activity or package, enter the coupon code in the "Have a coupon?" field and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in the total price.
Points do not expire as long as you remain an active member. Coupons may have an expiry date which is displayed on the coupon card.
You can view your complete points history in the Fidelity section of your dashboard. It shows all earned and redeemed transactions.
